Shipments and returns

All online orders are processed after full payment has been received. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with a current estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 working days.

We will keep you updated on the progress of your order and provide you with a link to track your package online when possible. Most large deliveries are dispatched with dedicated door to door couriers.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. You should note on the carrier's advice note any shortages or defects apparent on delivery and you must inspect the goods immediately on delivery. Where a signature or acknowledgment of delivery is required all goods must be inspected before the delivery vehicle departs.

In the event that damage is found or suspected the carriers delivery note is to be endorsed as “Damaged”. Failure to endorse the carriers’ delivery note with any shortages or notification of damage will be taken as conclusive evidence that the delivery is complete and totally free from apparent defects at the time of the delivery.

Any defect or damage which is not reasonably apparent on receipt shall be notified by the Buyer to Balcony Installations within three working days of receipt. Damaged goods must be returned to us within three working days of receipt. Damaged goods must be returned to us before replacement will be considered.
